A bright 2-room apartment in the annex of the villa, facing the garden. From your bed you look out over the garden, the vineyards and the water tower of Radebeul. Partly renovated in 2025.
Living room
Sofa, coffee table, sideboard, dining table with four chairs, wing chair, TV and radio. The sofa bed (1.60 × 2.00 m) sleeps a child or a further adult.
Bedroom
Facing the garden, with a beautiful metal bed (2.00 × 2.00 m) and two orthopaedic mattresses. Includes a wardrobe as well as summer and winter duvets.
Kitchen
Fully equipped: ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and egg cooker, toaster, stainless steel pots, plus ample dishes and cutlery.
Bathroom
Level-access shower, toilet, washbasin with cabinet, mirror and a heated towel rail. Towels and bed linen are of course provided.
Garden & seating area
In the garden behind the house, a lovely seating area with table, chairs, two sun loungers and a garden bench awaits — the ideal spot to unwind after a day out. Barbecuing possible on request.

Parking
One space in the locked courtyard in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored by arrangement.

Access via a longer staircase to the upper floor — not wheelchair accessible. Non-smoking apartment, no pets, no parties.
Shutters
Outdoor shutters on the garden-facing windows — for blackout and extra sun protection on hot days.
Bikes & e-mobility
Bicycles can be stored out of sight on the locked grounds. Planned: a lockable bike shed for two e-bikes with a charging socket, plus a future wallbox charging station for electric cars.
