2nd bedroom
Modern furnishings in wood tones and white/burgundy. Bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) without footboard, a large wardrobe, a reading chair with lamp and side table.
Children's room
A bunk bed for two children (or one adult), a sleeper chair, sideboard, desk and a play corner with a play mat, wooden toys and small cars.
Bathroom
Bright and open in warm wood tones. Large level-access shower, large washbasin, mirror, toilet and urinal, plus plenty of storage.
Two balconies
10 m² each, accessible from the living room, with views across the vineyards. Furnished with garden furniture, a relax lounger, parasol and seat cushions — the perfect spot for a glass of Saxon wine.

Bicycles can be stored out of sight on the locked grounds. Planned: a lockable bike shed for two e-bikes with a charging socket, plus a future wallbox charging station for electric cars.
