Villa Tini was built around 1899 by opera singer Ernestine „Tini" Schumann-Heink — financed by the first fee from her guest tour through America.
That's also where the name "Villa Tini" comes from. In recent years, we've even had the pleasure of welcoming one of the diva's granddaughters, visiting from America, at the "Weinbergblick" apartment.
